Spring 2025 | Annual Fundraising Gala | $300k Raised
Planned and executed key elements of the annual “Masquerade Gala.” Developed the event theme and designed the official event logo using Adobe Illustrator. Composed solicitation materials, including sponsorship and auction request letters. Organized and led the volunteer gala committee. Collaborated with the venue to coordinate menu selections and established a comprehensive event timeline. Secured entertainment services, including a DJ, photo booth, and violinist, while negotiating and finalizing all related contracts. Designed centerpieces and created a compelling video to inspire donations using Premiere Pro. Managed auction items using online auction software and provided graphic design for all event décor. Used Adobe InDesign to make program, invitation and auction materials. Designed and managed all social media posts and e-blasts associated with event.

Fall 2024 | Tournament of Hope | $200k+ Raised
Curated an Olympic-themed event, finding sponsors and donors, recruiting and organizing the event committee. Designed and coordinated the printing of event materials, managed marketing and online promotions (social media, emails, website), and created invitations, online forms, and thank you cards using InDesign and Photoshop. Negotiated prices with vendors, coordinated the raffle and live auction, and built relationships with attendees.

Spring 2024 | Annual Fundraising Gala | $300k+ Raised
Partnered with event committee to organize live and silent auctions featuring local goods and trips to places like Belize. Was responsible for all design elements, including event materials, marketing (social media, email, website), and party favors using a Cricut. Hand-painted and designed decorative elements like stage props and photo booth. Handled the timeline, and floor plan, liaised with caterers, and networked with attendees.

Wedding Coordination
I have worked in the wedding industry for over 6 years as a wedding planner’s assistant and administrative assistant. My love for large events began in the wedding world. Helping lead coordinators master a couple’s perfect day through attentive decor setup, guest management, and design assistance has helped shape me into the event coordinator I am today. I have assisted at nearly 40 weddings – all throughout the Los Angeles area.
